Aimee Shivers is the Insurance Coordinator and the liaison between
you and your insurance company. She will happy to guide and help
you with any correspondence or conversations you may have regarding
your insurance.
To speed processing and arrangements for consultation, we need your
information. Please find out if you are a Candidate for Reconstruction
via our form(s) on the right.
We will work to obtain breast reconstruction coverage with any
carrier. Obviously, some carriers reimburse better than others,
though every woman is entitled to breast reconstruction after a
mastectomy and our office will work with any patient who desires
reconstruction. Additional information is provided in Step 2 below.
