Dear Dr. Allen and Clair,

I should have written you sooner to thank you for all the answered phone calls, for setting everything up for me, for this wonderful procedure, and for forgiving me for not being able to read a calendar. This surgery has meant so much to me and for the first time in twelve years I feel close to normal.

Thank you Dr. Allen for the time you have spent perfecting this surgery and for training others to do it. You have a wonderful staff and they have shown me the utmost courtesy. Please let me know if there is ever a time I can help in anyway.
